FREE SHIPPING Orders $75 & Over (Domestic Only, Ground Freight)
We ship U.S.P.S. directly from our factory in Irvine, California within 2-3 business days, so you’ll receive your order promptly. For orders over $50, our Standard shipping is FREE however, a shipping upgrade is available at checkout if you need your purchase super fast. Some items may require longer processing time.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!
We are not responsible for non-delivery of your purchase due to an incorrect shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we'll be happy to reship it to the correct address, at your expense. If it isn't returned to us you'll need to order again, at your expense, with the correct address. (Please check with your local USPS if you are having trouble).
We cannot be responsible for delays, lost and/or damaged items during USPS transit. In our experience, USPS is very reliable and we have had very few issues with shipping. If you are concerned, we suggest that you add insurance to your order, or choose an upgraded shipping method at time of purchase.
We do ship internationally to most countries. Please make sure you have a deliverable address or a PO box (preferred) as international shipments can be difficult to track. If your address is not in English, please translate it prior to placing the order. We're not responsible for lost or delay in transit. Delivery time and confirmation varies by country.
While USPS is still the most economical and preferred way to ship, delayed and lost packages have been on the rise since April 2020. In my experience mail is taking 10-50% longer to arrive than in previous years. Most shipments do arrive, so it helps to be patient. If you’re in a hurry it’s highly recommended that you upgrade shipping at checkout.
