We accept returns and exchanges:
Items must be received by us within 30 days of the ship date.

Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items not meeting these standards may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, at the discretion of Tesa Babe, or refused. Check with us before making your return.

Sale, specially priced, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please include the original order receipt or packing slip in your return package. Once your return is received and approved, we will process a credit to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.

We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier errors.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items arrive damaged or defective.
